Your order is our main concern, from preparation to delivery with the greatest security.

As soon as we receive your order, we start to preparing it! You can check in your customer area when the process is complete. After this, you will receive a message or e-mail from our carrier with the delivery date information.

The estimated delivery period is 3-5 working days, after shipment.

The shipping costs are applied according to the country of origin of the order and its respective destination. For purchases over € 60, White Deer offers the total shipping costs, only for Portugal and Spain (other countries in the European Union, USA, Canada pay the tax in force, depending on the destination).

The estimated delivery deadlines may change whenever there is a shipment to the countries outside the European Zone. Or even, in special periods such as: Black Friday, Christmas or other dates when sales volumes are more pronounced.

And don’t forget: your order is prepared in a very careful way! And you can feel a very special smell in each piece that you receive! Curious?

Returns

Whenever you want to return a White Deer item, there are a few steps you must take. Don’t forget, we don’t offer free returns.
Follow the steps:

  1. Your returned items must arrive at our office within 30 days after you pay them.
  2. When you send the package, send to [email protected] an email with a reason for the return, in the subject of the e-mail put the original order number. With this little step, the process of identifying your return is faster.
  3. Make sure the item is returned in its original condition. That is, with the original White Deer tags and without visible wear or damage marks. As soon as we receive your return and perform our tests, you will receive a refund or store credit of your purchase. This case only applies if your item was returned in its original condition.
  4. If our tests prove that the items have been used or changed, we will not accepted them! (In that case, itens will be sent back to the customer)

Only the value of the item will be refunded. And shipping costs will only be refunded in exceptional cases: the item sent is damaged or does not match what was ordered. In that case, you should also send an email with the photograph of the received item to [email protected], in the subject of the email place the original order number.

Note: The right to return products purchased from our online/physical store should apply exclusively to products that can be returned under the same conditions in which they were received by the customer. In other words, we do not make any refunds if the product has been used beyond simply opening its packaging, or if the customer has remove the labels, at list if it has suffered damage.

In this way, the customer must maintain all the conditions in which the article was delivered, while these articles are in his possession, in case he intends to carry out the subsequent exchange or return of the article.

When the customer wants to returning the item he must use or include the original packaging in the return package. It should also include all labels, documents and packaging of the products.

The process of returning can take 10 business days to be solved, after the order has been collected at our office. In these moment, we will send to you a e-mail with the information that we already receibe your returning.
